We offer all residences a dedicated phone number for ANSHIN Support Service.
In the case of losing house key, house equipment trouble, and urgent situation(water leaking.....and so on)

＊You might be required to pay the actual repair costs for house equipment depend on the troubled situation.

＊We would not support you in some cases cause of your carelessness
（ex. make sure whether you turned off the light or not.）

＊We ask you to pay the charge when you lost your house key during Creotech holiday , weekend and national holidays, and after 22:00.
